Mr. Greaves holds a Master of Social Sciences in Development Policy and Analysis from the University of Guyana and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the West Indies. He has served as a consultant, team leader, and co-coordinator for a variety of government and internationally funded projects including, “Reducing the Incidence of Teenage Pregnancy, STD's and HIV-AIDS in Guyana,” “Data Management Project,” and “Enhancing Participation, Responsiveness, Accountability and Conflict Resolution through Training.”
