On January 22, 2018, Dr. Emanuel Cummings (Dean), Mr. Cecil Boston (Assistant Dean), Dr. Ronald Aaron (Medical Director) and Ms. Letetia Butchey (Graduate of the Optometry Programme) attended the Health Systems Global Pre-Conference workshop hosted by the University of the West Indies’ (UWI) Faculty of Medical Sciences. The Pre-Conference was geared at strengthening the Caribbean’s presence at the 5th Health Research Systems Global Symposium, which is slated for October 2018 in Liverpool, England.
