Fond of being close to nature and to travel, Mr. Ramsaran has gained wide ranging experience whilst working in the rice industry as a researcher and project manager and in the private sector as an agronomist.

Mr. Ramsaran is the Administrative Officer attached to the Faculty of Education & Humanities. This position is a hub for all faculty activities, the Faculty being the second largest of the University.

Being new to the University system, he is excited to be a part of the evolving University. One, which is being positioned strategically to meet the future needs of the country.

Research Interests: Technology transfer and adaptation; Socio economics; Leadership and motivation.
