Mr. Sarran has a multidisciplinary background comprising of the disciplines of Computer Science, Business Administration, and Information Systems. He complements this academic career with industry experience having worked for agencies including but not limited to the Ministry of Public Telecommunications, National Data Management Authority, National Frequency Management Unit and Ministry of Agriculture. Mr. Sarran holds a BSc. (University of Guyana), MBA (Australian Institute of Business), and a MSc. (University of Sheffield).
