Mr. Shawn Jagnandan joined the University of Guyana as a staff member in the year 2012. He is currently a mathematics lecturer within the Department of Mathematics, Physics & Statistics, Faculty of Natural Sciences. 

Mr. Jagnandan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (Mathematics) from the University of Guyana in addition to a trained teacher’s certificate from the Cyril Potter College of Education.

Mr. Jagnandan’s research experiences are based on improving students’ performances especially in the foundation courses; these research experiences include factors contributing to students’ poor performance and error analysis.
