Mr. Arthur holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Queen’s University of Belfast, N. Ireland. Graduated in 1972, & an MSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering (in FLUID MECHANICS & THERMODYNAMICS) from The City University, London, England. Graduated in 1976.
He has many years of Lecturing experience & Industrial experience working as a Plant Maintenance Engineer at Banks DIH Ltd., and a Mechanical Engineering Consultant /Contractor for various Companies in Guyana.
His main Research interest is in low cost Wind Generators, & has a small wind turbine on Campus.
