Dr. Paulette Henry

Dr. Paulette Henry, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences has a career in professional social work practice and higher education that spans more than 30 years. During this time, she has made significant contributions in the areas of teaching, research, and child protection. Dr. Henry, a senior lecturer at the University of Guyana obtained her undergraduate and Master's Degree from the University of Guyana and her doctoral degree from the University of the West Indies where she focused on leadership in higher education. Her areas of expertise center on well-being, child protection systems, organizational development, and education leadership. Dr. Henry’s publications are reflective of her overarching concerns with human well-being.
