Holds a Diploma in Communication (Distinction), a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Communication (Distinction) from the University of Guyana, and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Relations. She joined the Centre for Communication studies in 2010 as a Studio Manager and has served as Director of the Centre. She also lectures in the Graduate School of Social Sciences.
