Holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Communication (credit) from the University of Guyana and a Master of Arts from the Ohio University and a Post graduate diploma in Management and Educational Leadership (Distinction) from the University of the West Indies. She joined the Centre for Communication Studies in 2011 as Studio Manager. Prior to the joining the faculty she worked as a Reporter and Editor with the Kaieteur News and Guyana Times newspaper publications.
