INVITATION: The Guyana Research in Injury and Trauma Training (GRITT)

Monday, February 20, 2023 - 11:58

Dear Student,

The Guyana Research in Injury and Trauma Training (GRITT) Programme (described below) is pleased to invite applications for its research design and methods training programme. While the programme focuses on suicide, trauma and injury prevention, this is a broad field that allows research in multiple disciplines, including social sciences, technology, natural sciences and health. Staff and students are encouraged to consider how their current research interests may align with trauma prevention. Successful applicants will benefit from a flexible training approach, including mentorship for intensive, hands-on research projects and virtual courses (100 hours over 2 summers). Further details about the application and training may be found in the attached brochure.

About GRITT
