The National Data Management Authority (NDMA) has commenced a campaign which is geared towards enhancing online safety practices in Guyana. The campaigned titled; “Get Safe Online” is working together with national partners across the globe to provide free and impartial information and guidance on how to stay safe while navigating the online environment.

The NDMA has made available four videos, aimed at raising online safety awareness to all Guyanese, including those attending the University of Guyana. The titles of the videos are:
- Creating Strong Passwords
- Oversharing: General
- Oversharing: Government Agencies & Ministries
- Oversharing: University Students
