Dr. Stewart is a certified counselor, coach, and Safety and Occupational Health Expert.
Retired from US Department of Defense as director of Safety and Occupational Health, retired registered professional nurse, serving currently as CEO of New Dawn Consultant LLC. She consults both nationally and internationally for various organizations and also serves as funeral director at Lyken Newburg Funeral Home. She is a part-time professor at the University of Guyana, Health Science Faculty. Dr. Stewart received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from City University of New York, Bachelor’s of Science in Social Psychology, from University of Maryland, Master’s of Public Administration with a Minor in clinical psychology from Troy State University, and PhD in Environmental Science and Public Policy, George Mason University.
