Personnel Division

Under the guidance of the Personnel Officer, the Staff Welfare Section is responsible for the administration of human resource services in relation to benefits applicable to UA and UB members of staff. This Section is also responsible for processing of Insurance Registration and Claims, UG identification Cards, Uniform Material and Allowances to UB Staff members, Protective Clothing, Long Service Awards, Transportation Allowance and Salary Advance. They also provide sympathetic support to staff members on prolonged illnesses and during bereavement; identify accommodation and processing of tenancy agreement and serve in an advisory capacity and supportive role for the Occupational Safety and Health Committee.
