The Students’ Welfare Division strives to foster the rounded development of the University of Guyana’s students through the provision of services, programmes and facilities to complement the academic environment that is holistically conducive to learning, personal growth and the well being of each student .

This is for graduates, new & continuing students
Processing changes to student data
Processing changes to student data i.e. legal name changes
Registration of student organisations
Students can choose to form new clubs/organisations
Administration of approved Awards & Prizes
We reward ours students for their excellence in both acadamia & extra-curricular activites.
Guidance on financial aid
