Holds a Diploma in Public Management, Bachelor of social science degree in Public Management (Distinction) and Graduate Diploma in Education (Social Studies) from the University of Guyana; Master of Arts in Development Studies from the University of the South Pacific and Master of Science in Bioethics from Clarkson University. She joined the faculty in the Department of Government and International Affairs in 2006 and has served as Coordinator for the Diplom in Public Management and Head of the Department. also lecture in the School of Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation.
