Holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Warwick. He first joined the Department of Law in the faculty in 2020. Previously, he served as legal Counsel for over 40 years in England and in Guyana; as Deputy Head of Chambers of the Caribbean Juris Chambers, Anguilla; and as Managing Partner of Caribbean Associated Attorneys.
